  • Lighting
  • Product batches
  • Fabric texture
  • Thread appearance
  • Wood grain
  • Material coating
  • Printing or engraving processes
  • Natural product variations

Minor differences are not automatically considered defects.

Most products sold by The Laser Mama are customized, personalized, or made specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Material

Customized products cannot normally be restocked or resold. Therefore, custom orders are generally final sale, subject to our Refund and Return Policy and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Artwork Requirements

Customers must submit artwork that meets our Artwork and File Guidelines.

We recommend clear, high-resolution, correctly sized artwork. Low-quality files may result in:

  • Pixelation
  • Blurry printing
  • Rough edges
  • Missing details
  • Color differences
  • Poor engraving or embroidery results

We may contact you when an artwork problem is identified, but we are not responsible for errors already present in customer-submitted or customer-approved artwork.

8. Rights to Submitted Artwork

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, text, or other materials, you represent and confirm that:

  • You own the submitted content, or
  • You have permission to use and reproduce it
  • The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • The content does not violate applicable law

You grant The Laser Mama a limited right to store, edit, resize, reproduce, print, engrave, embroider, or otherwise use the submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to:

  • Promotes credible threats or violence
  • Exploits children
  • Contains unlawfully discriminatory content
  • Violates another person’s privacy
  • Is technically unsuitable for production
  • Could expose our business to legal liability

Refusing one design does not obligate us to identify or review every possible legal issue in customer-submitted artwork.

Contact us if you believe content submitted to or displayed by The Laser Mama infringes your intellectual property rights.

Please provide:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the protected work

  • Resolution improvement
  • Vector conversion
  • Design recreation

  • Gang sheet preparation

We will attempt to communicate applicable charges before completing significant additional design work.

12. Mockups and Approval

Mockups are available upon request.

A digital mockup is intended to show the approximate:

  • Design

  • Personalization

A mockup may not perfectly represent the final:

  • Product color
  • Material texture
  • Print size

  • A replacement order
  • A completely new paid order

Customer approval may be provided through email, website submission, invoice approval, message, or another written communication.

We may change prices, products, options, or availability at any time before an order is accepted.

Prices may not include:

  • Shipping
  • Sales tax
  • Artwork fees
  • Digitizing fees
  • Rush fees
  • Specialty materials
  • Oversized-order charges
  • Wholesale shipping
  • International duties

If an obvious pricing, description, or technical error appears on the website, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or revise the affected order before production, subject to applicable law.

14. Payments

Payment may be processed through Square or another checkout provider displayed on our website.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You authorize the applicable charges
  • You agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms

We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes directly on our website.

An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been accepted.

15. Taxes

Customers are responsible for sales tax and other applicable charges displayed during checkout or included in an approved quote or invoice.

Tax calculations may depend on:

  • Customer location
  • Shipping destination
  • Product type
  • Pickup location
  • Applicable tax rules

16. Order Acceptance

An automated order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for production.

We may contact you regarding:

  • Artwork problems
  • Missing information
  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Production limitations
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Legal or intellectual-property concerns

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before production when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an unproduced order, we will issue the appropriate refund for amounts paid, subject to applicable law.

  • Artwork preparation begins
  • A mockup is approved
  • Materials are ordered or prepared
  • Digitizing is completed
  • Printing begins
  • Embroidery begins
  • Engraving begins
  • Production begins

Once production starts, the order may no longer qualify for cancellation or refund because the item is being customized specifically for the customer.

Approved changes may require an additional charge and may restart the production timeline.

Purchasing expedited shipping does not automatically shorten production time.

Contact us before ordering if your order is needed for a specific event, holiday, launch, or deadline.

20. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees made by The Laser Mama. Weather, holidays, service interruptions, address errors, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

When an order cannot ship within the timeframe originally promised, we will provide the options required by applicable law.

Pickup information may include:

  • Pickup location
  • Available time

24. Embroidery

Embroidery designs may require digitizing and may differ from printed artwork.

Small text, gradients, thin lines, distressing, and fine details may need to be simplified.

Final results may vary based on:

  • Thread
  • Stitch density
  • Garment construction
  • Design size
  • Digitizing requirements

Digitizing and setup charges may be nonrefundable once the applicable work has been completed.

25. Laser Engraving

Laser-engraved products may naturally vary because of:
